OutreachAI is operated by DivineSuccess Flow LLP. Our subscriptions are sold through our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, which processes all payments and refunds on our behalf in line with the Paddle Buyer Terms.
If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, for any reason. We honour this 14-day window on every plan, with no exceptions.
Email divinesuccessflow@gmail.com from your account email, or contact Paddle directly using the receipt you received at checkout. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle, typically within 5–10 business days.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or via your Paddle receipt. Cancellation stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
