These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of OutreachAI (the "Service"), operated by DivineSuccess Flow LLP ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
OutreachAI is a multi-channel outreach platform that helps you source prospects, research them, generate personalized messages, and send across email, SMS, WhatsApp, and voice — subject to rate limits and sending windows you configure.
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
You agree to use the Service lawfully and to comply with all applicable anti-spam, telemarketing, and data-protection laws, including the CAN-SPAM Act, TCPA, GDPR, and equivalent regulations. You will not send unsolicited bulk messages without a lawful basis, will honor opt-out requests promptly, and will only contact prospects you are permitted to contact. You are solely responsible for the content you send and your sending practices.
The Service integrates third-party providers (for data sourcing, AI processing, WhatsApp, email, and voice). Your use of those features is also subject to the relevant third-party terms, and related usage fees may be billed at cost in addition to your subscription.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, which handles payment processing and refunds. Refunds are available as described in our Refund Policy (14-day full refund). We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
We retain all rights in the Service. You retain ownership of the content and data you provide. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate and improve the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results, deliverability, or response rates.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DivineSuccess Flow LLP will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
